I have created an Alphabet Chart and Split Hundreds Chart that your primary students will use every day. I enlarged  the charts so that they are easy to read. I used Open Dyslexic Font for the numbers and the letters.

I found these charts were very useful in my primary grade classrooms specifically for students who were consistently showing reversals of letters and numbers in their writing. They found it easier to read the charts when working with letter formation and math computation with the Hundreds Grid.

I designed the number grid into six parts for each group of 100 (example: 0 to 50, 51 to 100). I have colored the numbers by place value. I have also split the alphabet chart into two parts. I copied each section on the front and the back of oaktag paper.
